The Role

Do you enjoy delivering exceptional customer service and supporting a team to success? If this is you, we have an exciting fixed-term opportunity (up to 9 months) for an Administrator to join our Compliance and Estates team!

As an Administrator, you will undertake and provide administrative duties to the compliance and estates team to ensure the processes are being followed in an efficient way for all compliance related activity.

In this role, you will provide administrative support for our teams within the Property Services department, as well as serve as a first point of contact for our customers. You will make and receive phone calls and provide brilliant customer service to ensure our residents are safe in their homes.

In addition, you will use of a variety of software/database/IT systems such as, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, Keystone, Orchard, ShareFile and external third-party management sheets and portals to run reports, raise Purchase Orders and process invoices, maintain Eastlight’s asset database and more.

  • £29,492 per annum (pro-rata)
  • Full-time (37h p/w), Fixed-Term contract of up to 9 months.
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
