The Role

The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Business Solutions Team and help drive data led decision making across the organisation, develop insightful reporting, and play a key role in organisational change projects.

What You’ll Do

Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and metrics that support business decision making.

Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical specifications.

Use and enhance Power BI dashboards while promoting self service reporting.

Analyse data to identify trends, solve problems, and support operational goals.

Lead on data quality improvements, identifying issues and working with Change teams to resolve them.

Support BI related project activity, ensuring measurable outcomes are delivered on time.

Provide technical support and advice on reporting tools and data queries.

Maintain documentation, manage report version control, and retire obsolete reports.

Continuously develop your BI skills and stay updated on relevant technologies and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience with data extraction, reporting tools, and preferably Power BI.

Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insight.

Great communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, detail focused approach with a passion for improving processes.

  • £41,033 per annum
  • 37 hours Permanent contract
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
