We are seeking a Head of Performance and Improvement to join Eastlight Community Homes on a permanent basis. This an exciting opportunity for the postholder to lead the organisation’s performance and insight function, ensuring high-quality reporting, meaningful KPIs and trusted data that drives better decisions and improved outcomes for residents.
You will lead and develop the organisation’s performance management framework, ensuring KPIs are aligned to corporate priorities and regulatory requirements. You will deliver clear, insightful reporting to Executive and Board stakeholders, while championing a data-led approach to decision making by identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve services. You will embed strong data governance to ensure a single version of the truth and drive the development of dashboards and self-service reporting to enhance access to insight. Alongside this, you will lead and develop a high-performing performance and data team.
You will have proven experience of leading performance and insight functions in a complex organisation, developing KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting that inform strategic decision-making. You will be confident presenting complex data to senior stakeholders, strengthening data governance and quality, and using insight to drive service improvement and transformation, alongside leading analytical teams.
You will also bring strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, a solid understanding of performance management and data governance, and the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality outputs. Experience in housing or a regulated environment is desirable, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and resident outcomes.
