We are looking for enthusiastic and practical Estate Rangers x2 to help maintain our estates, communal areas and neighbourhoods to a high standard.
This varied role includes grounds maintenance, communal repairs, fly-tip removal, fire safety inspections, garage maintenance and supporting vulnerable customers with gardening and minor household tasks. You will also play an important role in reducing anti-social behaviour, identifying hazards and ensuring our estates remain safe, clean and welcoming.
What We're Looking For:
• Has experience in grounds maintenance, estate services, property maintenance or a similar role.
• Is confident carrying out practical repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Can work independently and manage their own workload effectively.
• Is proactive in identifying and resolving problems.
• Has experience working with vulnerable customers and diverse communities.
• Understands the importance of health and safety, safeguarding and fire safety compliance.
• Is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Can use mobile technology and digital work management systems.
• Is flexible and willing to work occasional evenings and weekends when required.
