The Role

We are seeking an Asset Analyst, to join Eastlight's Asset team on a Permanent, Part-Time 30 hours per week  basis. You will manage, maintain, and audit asset data including stock condition surveys, servicing, energy, asbestos and planned maintenance works, as well as land ownership and sustainability. You will undertake regular data reconciliations of all information as well as compare against the housing management system.

You will efficiently investigate and action on both internal and external customer enquiries and referrals. You will also provide the other members of the Asset Management team with support where necessary. In this role, you will need experience in navigating and operating Keystone and Orchard and have knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard.

• £35,055 per annum pro rata
• Part-Time (30 hours per week), Permanent Contract - working days will include Monday & Friday but flexible in between
• Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
