If this sounds like you, we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our frontline Customer Service teams as advisors. We have multiple permanent positions available. As the backbone of our business, you'll provide exceptional support to our customers, handling a variety of queries with ease.

How will you contribute to our team?

  • Promoting and supporting our customers to use Eastlight online services.
  • Manage queries efficiently keeping our customers informed of timescales, requesting feedback upon resolution.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Orchard and other Eastlight internal systems.
  • Build and maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues, customers, and all other stakeholders.
  • Identify and report any system issues while following Eastlight’s policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Undertake administrative tasks related to customer queries.
  • Keep and maintain accurate records in line with policies and relevant legislation.

  • Excellent IT proficiency, including MS Office Suite.

  • £29,492 annual base salary
  • Permanent Full time
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
