We are looking for a Senior HR Project Manager to lead and deliver strategic HR projects that align with Eastlight’s values and operational objectives. In this role, you will collaborate with leadership to drive change management initiatives, improve culture and employee engagement, and enhance operational efficiency.
As a key advisor in the People and Business Services directorate, you will help shape and implement Eastlight’s people strategy, support workforce planning, and innovate to improve productivity and customer centricity. You will lead initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture, boosting employee retention, and ensuring that Eastlight has the right talent and skills to meet future growth targets.
