Talent Acquisition Manager -Fixed Term Contract up to six months (Maternity Cover)

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to drive Eastlight’s talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we attract high-calibre, values-driven candidates while fostering diversity and supporting our recruitment objectives. You will design and deliver innovative recruitment solutions, source candidates, while ensuring a streamlined and cost-effective approach that meets the evolving needs of the business.
In this role, you will empower the Exec team and NED's to confidently manage recruitment processes through enhanced skills ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also complete recruitment projects to enhance the overall service, such as integrating the on-boarding functionality on the ATS.
