The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic logistics professional to to join Eastlight as a full-time, permanent Transport Coordinator. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet, including handling defects, breakdowns, scheduling MOTs and services, and allocating vehicles in collaboration with line managers. The Transport Coordinator will also be responsible for vehicle checks, audits, and maintaining accurate fleet records, while providing reports and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fleet management or a similar role, with strong organisational and communication skills. You should be able to manage vehicle inspections, raise purchase orders, and ensure timely payment of invoices. A solid understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to handle multiple tasks is vital.

Please note that a valid UK Driving Licence is an essential requirement for this role.
This position fully office-based at our Marks Tey Hub.
